Post Order stuck in export security scan PLEASE HELP

My delivery has been stuck in export security scan for 13 days without an update! There is no liquids or batteries, they are earphones. They are headed for ireland and i need help with this, SOMEONE PLEASE REPLY thank you!

Hello,
If it's only earphones, everything must be ok... Sometimes, China Post doesn't update parcel status (for exemple, I received a parcel in which the status was still "Export security scan").
You can wait two to four weeks and it will be delivered. If the status doesn't change and you don't have the goods after all this time, contact your seller.
