hello,

i have order a mobile phone from 21/09/14 and it is in Departure from outward office of exchange
from 02/10/14 and i still waiting
can you help me?

RD285213582CN should be lost or rejected in Urumuqi safety department. Open dispute and claim refund from paypal/aliexpress asap.
