Hello, I would like to know whether the tracking number has changed since the package maybe is already in Germany?
how and where can I get this information?

RG098602489CN was sent to airline last week. normally it will arrive Germany after 3 to 5 weeks in this season.

Is it not possible to get a current status? It is a new Tracking- number in Germany?

latest status are showed in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php . You can not get latest location until parcel arrives an airport with scanning device and service.
