when i track RS328903613CN it keeps saying "electronic data received" since 16th november. the seller said it's just an update problem which happens sometimes and i should try checking again after a few days. but that was a week ago. should i ask for a refund?

China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System
Parcel No.RS328903613CN tracking result
2016-11-16 10:59:58.0 Electronic Data Received

2. This is what it means:

Why does my tracking result show only one message “”electronic data received” ?

3. Your parcel was never mail to China Post, seller is stalling you. May I suggest you open a dispute as soon as possible to get your money back.
