I have ordered from DX /deal extreme/ that parcel with tracking number as follow:
RB664627749CN
It's status does not change at all. I have contacted the support twice of DX, they told me to wait 1 or 2 weeks more. Should I wait or have to open a dispute?

the parcel stuck in Shanghai almost 2 months now. It is NOT normal. You should open a dispute immediately.
