I received an e-mail with my tracking number today 3.mai 2020.
However, when I enter the tracking number on the track-chinapost.com ti returns a Tracking Result:
No shipping record!

Please advise.

you need write tracking number in your question, otherwise you can not get help.

your seller just applied this tracking number today. he has not actually sent the parcel to China Post office. You probably need to wait a couple of days.

Once your seller gives the parcel to a China Post office, then you will see location and shipping date record in China Post tracking result.
