Why does it take so much time to deliver with epacket service? Please help! My parcel doesnt move since the 18th of November. Once I was using epacket service and was pretty satisfied with the time of deliver (two weeks in general) to Ukraine. This time it stays more than two weeks in sorting center in Beijing. I dont understand what happened. My tracking number is LM158956296CN. Please help!

it could be delayed in this rush season. Wait one more week, if you can not get the goods, open dispute to seller for non arrival parcel

Hello again, just want to receive updated info about my parcel LM158956296CN, because one more week and it stays without any move. My Buyer protection time on aliexpress is over, and I really dont know what to do. And I cant understand what the reason to use paid epacket delivery if it takes so much time to destination country. I could use normal delivery without any money and wait two or three months to get it. But because I wanted to receive the goods I ordered faster than usual, I chose epacket and paid money. I feel like I was betrayed, and I think if china post has rush hour, every buyer should be warned about REAL time of deliver. What should I do to receive goods I want? :( :( :(

2. Now it's up to Ukraine Post to scan the parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

3. For the next time before your buyer's protection runs out you should ask the seller to Extend your protection.

4. I really hope you receive your parcel soon.

Got it, thanks. I contacted seller to extend Buyer protection, but they didnt answer to me, that's why it's expired. One more question to clarify. According to the tracking data in my aliexpress app, the parcel is still in Beijing sorting center, but doing tracking on track-chinapost, I receive the following message: "Parcel#LM158956296CN is invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with !". According to the latest data you gave me, it should be on the way to Ukraine. Data for Ukraine post is not avaliable for this time. I just would like to know where the real tracking is, or maybe no one do tracking now and I only have to wait until it comes.
