Hi,

I need some help what to do.
RC644310909CN tracking number could not be found on tracking websites.
The seller has shipped it 10 days before.
The seller has written:
"Dear friends, we have a query for you, the parcel is still China Post, because of their mistakes, I've told them not issued issued as soon as the parcel‍".

What should I do? Could it be that China post has made a mistake?
Shall I open a dispute?

Please help.

RC644310909CN is fake number. seller did not ship anything to you. Open a dispute and claim refund from seller.
