Hi, I ve been informed , that they have shipped thru China post my order (tracking number:RC863373014CN). I've checked on your site where was my good. The goods have been delivered in COMBAS (69) France on July 02.
I live in Marseille and my adress is not in COMBAS....So I've not received my goods. Is it normal??

the seller gave you a tracking number for other people or shipped the parcel to wrong address. you should open dispute to paypal and claim refund.
