Hi :)

My order (computer keyboard) have been stuck on the below status for nearly a month

RR860692305CN "2014 Export Customs Scan Shanghai Ireland 2014-04-07 14:33"

Seller say to wait, but there has been no movment on my item since the 7th of April

Any help would be great :)

It is not a good news to be stuck in export scan for so long time. Is there any battery or liquid item inside? if no, wait one more week and track it again in http://track-chinapost.com/start_irelandpost.php. If still no result, then should claim refund for goods lost.
