Post Need help with my EMS package

Hello there!

Track no: [EA250406640CN]

Since 9 october, Ive bought something online in China. Its sent from Beijing, but till today, it still says "Departed from export office - BEIJING". Im afraid the package is lost, it usually doesnt take so long. Anyone who can advise me what to do? Tomorrow, I'll ask my seller to call China Post asap.

1. I don't think the parcel is lost, if it's late, probably it's because it was the end of the National holiday of 1 full week in China.

2. Also it could be Netherlands Post/ Customs who has to much work and did not scan the parcel yet. If you still don't see any movement for your parcel this Friday, then contact seller and tell him the parcel is not moving or lost.

Ive informed my seller about the situation. He has called China Post for me and said its just on its way to the NL.

Not the service I was expecting for.

On the other hand, the seller finds it also suspicious. He said to me sending to the US only took him 5-7 days. I told him to keep an eye on mine.

Still keeping my hope up.

Also called the Dutch post company PostNL. They said the parcel didnt arrive in the Netherlands. Really odd. It must be stuck somewhere in China I think.

2. So according to the above tracking it means the parcel is On route, but I can not find a statement like maybe departure from Beijing.

KeviniChen, almost the same thing i got with EMS shipment service recently. It's been 10 days since the package was posted (9th Oct). Customer service says it takes 7-10 days to get it delivered to Ukraine from China. This is getting extremely weird since i actually have already used EMS services before, by sending the package from Ukraine to China that took around 6 days no more.

Thanks for sharing your experience with me and with many others. It looks like I'm not the only one. I hope other people who are having the same problem will come up with their story. Meanwhile, I'll keep tracking my parcel. Will update y'all when I get new information.

My EMS package from Egypt to Singapore still havent arrived since the 20th of september gosh
