Hey! My parcels have status "Sent to airline" so long. No. RC254895775CN and RC281570164CN. Can someone help me what is with orders or what should I do.

normally parcel will arrive Europe about 2 to 4 weeks after "sent to airline" date, the status will not change until in finally arrive your country.
