hello my item has stuck in Hangzhou since 23 November there are not any battery are just hair extensions . please what is going wrong with this tracking number RJ267992657CN ?

RJ267992657CN should be ok. the waiting line for export scan and airline space is very long in this rush season. you need some patient.

but how many times can take because it has passed 3 weeks now it never has happened before i am worring to much about it

in this rush season, waiting 6 to 8 weeks is quite common.
