I've been expecting a package from you which, according to information I was given, it was sent on 25/10/2013 by TinyDeal.com

tracking number: RB536636795CN

Unfortunately, I haven't received anything yet.

It's been 200 days now and I have run out of patience.
Therefore, I would like to be notified of its where abouts and how I can retrieve it.

I would appreciate it if you could let me know as soon as possible.

I'm looking forward to your reply.

RB536636795CN should be lost or rejected by airline. you need contact seller for refund.

the seller(TinyDeal.com) he told me that i must to contact with the China post office and he cannot do anything.
Can i have an official announcement about what has been done?
I have lost my package or not?

china post will not issue you official announcement. only shipper can require such proof from china post. you should open a dispute to seller if your buyer protection date has not expired. if protection deadline has expired, you cannot get your money back.

Theoretically he has made steps from March and have spent 4 months.

RB536636795CN was last year's parcel. if you have not got it, it must be lost or rejected by airline. You should ask for help long time ago. Now it is too late to take any useful action on this parcel.

i have ask for help and research from mar.2014 (from the seller TinyDeal.com and he inform-sent post at Chinese post oficce the same time).

so
the official announcement(from Chinese post office) about what has been done with my packet is it be lost or rejected by airline???(please give me one answer with yes or no).
the China post office made a mistake with my package??

And if rejected by the airline or my package lost why the post office have not inform me or the seller(TinyDeal.com)about the packet(for many months about 4-5)?

if parcel was rejected or lost, china post will not response to shipper or receiver. the only result is that the parcel status will stuck there forever. so if your parcel stuck some status over 40 days, you should take some action and claim refund from seller.
