Hi, I ordered an item that was supposed to be in my possession quite some time ago, yet I am still to receive any indication of when it might be here. I was wondering if I could get an idea of when it would come?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO961862940CN was just shipped from Chongqing to UK on April 7. It left Chongqing Railway station on April 17.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Europe. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So China Post sent some parcels to Europe by train. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
