Hello

I placed an order recently on http://www.mycustommousepad.com/ and received word almost that my order had been dispatched.

A few days later I received another email confirming that my order was on its way and was being shipped. I was given the tracking number LO960637240CN however whenever I try to track the order all that is shown is:
International Mail# LO960637240CN Tracking Result

I was just wondering if my order has actually been shipped or if there is an issue with it?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO960637240CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
