since January 15th there has been no progress in my delivery. Where is my package now and when will I receive it?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO716688272CN shows the parcel was shipped Beijing office to Germany on Jan 17.

As china just has coronavirus outbreak and also in chinese new year holiday. Many airlines are cancelled and few workers are handling the shipment. Your parcel might have 2 to 3 weeks delay.
please wait some more time.
