Dear Admin

I always get my order in times. I still don't know where is my package right now. It was shipped 21 March I didn't get anything to my mailbox.
This last message I saw " 2020-03-21 01:33
Guangzhou, planned flight, scheduled flight number CZ347, "

This my tracking number : UM776778514CN I already open up litige on paypal. Can you tell me what's happening ?

UM776778514CN left China Post system for FRANCE on Mar 21.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left China. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. Both China and destination country give very low priority to sort and deliver this kind of parcel. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Thank you for your feedback. It's been 28 days I'm waiting I already open up litige on paypal by security.

Hello it's been one month for now 21 March today we are 21 April I still don't get my package. Any tips what I can do ? I already open up claim on paypal. French post aren't avalaible on phone.

open claim on PayPal is the only thing you can do.
