Hello,I sell on ebay and had an item sent from china to the uk.My buyer is still yet to receive the parcel,when I try to track it its not giving me up to date info.It was sent out early December and still hasn't been delivered.My supplier is non contactable at the moment,can anyone help me as to where I can find out where the parcel is ?

it seems that your parcel is rejected in customs. normally parcel should have arrived UK if it was shipped in early Dec.
