Hello!

Im wating for my package but everytime i track it, it still only says:

"item No. Year Status Location Destination Country Date
RH093111465CN 2014 Collection 广商国际小包 DE 20141129 1910
RH093111465CN 2014 Departure from outward office of exchange 上海国际 DE 20141130 2047
RH093111465CN 2014 Opening 上海国际 DE 20141130 2239"

This is the same since weeks now, im slowly wondering if there might be any problem...

However, what means "Opening"?

Can someone tell me how long its gonna take, or what could i do?
