Post Is my parcel lost ?

Hello, when I check my status it says "Departure from outward office of exchange" from the 26th of June and since then it has never moved on. Is it normal ? Is it lost ?

Here's my tracking number : RC527304123CN

RC527304123CN should not be lost. parcel status not changing within 2 to 3 weeks is slower than average but still common. If your parcel has no battery item inside, then no need worry. it will arrive sooner or later.

no my parcel has no battery inside, by the way when I track it on china post website it says :

RC527304123CN 2014 Export Customs Scan Guangzhou France 20140626 1105

I guess i'll have to wait one more week then i'll see if it changes

hi, sorry to re-up my topic but when I track my order on another website (I don't know if I can name it here) it says my parcel is going to Russia. The thing is, i'm in France and it should come to France, so I don't know what's going on with it, can someone help me please? Thanks.

RC527304123CN is going to France not Russia. please don't trust the website which shows your parcel going to Russia.

ok thanks, you told me to wait 2 - 3 weeks but i'm waiting for 4 weeks now. There is no battery inside and I received another parcel in 2 weeks so I think something is wrong with this one, is it normal ?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php show the parcel is in transit to France. you no need worry too much.
