RN602488914CN was returned to China, you will NOT get this parcel. Open dispute and claim refund asap.

the status of my parcel RI028164707CN is "Sent to airline" since the 25th of July, this is now over one month ago. Should I get worried that the parcel is lost?

not necessarily lost. It might stuck somewhere on the route from china to europe. wait a couple of days until the buyer protection expiring date. If still not receive the parcel by that date, open a dispute to protect your money.
