Post Is my package lost?

Hello, I purchased 3 lipsticks on Aliexpress, it's been 55 days, my purchase protection ended a few days ago, I reached out to the seller but I didn't get a response yet, so here's my question, is my package lost or did I got scammed?
The tracking ID is 04044166012 (as Aliexpress says), I tried to track it on various websites, and all of them lead me to a Jinhua branch, saying that supposedly the package left to my country (Poland) on November 8th 2016 but the trace ends there, which worries me, because during an another order (from a different seller) I was able to track my package the whole time.
Is there anything you can do to help me? I was really excited about this package and now I'm losing all my hope.

1. Your parcel is what is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. Can be track only in China and has limited tracking.

2. Can be deliver to you between 30 to 60 days and your National Post Office will deliver the parcel just like a normal letter.

3. Maybe the other seller use a private courier company to send the parcel to your country. Or maybe they use China Post Register mail. Maybe this will help you, there is some info for you:

What are the stand formats of China Post tracking number? How to distinguish them?

Thank you very much, now I'm waiting for seller's answer, but I'm not that worried anymore:)
