Hello ,

When I track my item no. (RA670096316CN) shows that is in transit, I want to know answer from you if still in China or is in Albania and I would get it. The item is in ALTIAA, tell me if anyone know where is this and does I will get the item, is in Albania item or in China.

the parcel has arrived Tirana. ALTIAA is the city code of Tirana(AL means Albania, TIAA is for Tirana). You should contact Albania Post in your city and inquiry detailed delivery information.

My country is Kosovo, from Albania in Kosovo the product arrived for two or three hours.
And my shipping addres has RKS, did my item will arive in kosovo tomorrow ? If you have answer.

you should contact Kosovo Post or Albania Post , the parcel now is in their hands.
