Hello,

On November 12th I ordered on Amazon a package sold by FirstTech.
The package is supposed to be supporteb by you China Post as the following tracking number RL881019409CN.
From the seller and from Amazon, my package was shipped on November 13th. We are now December 2nd and its impossible for me to know where is my package !
Is is unacceptable, none of your tracking services allows me to track my package cause from your site "China Post has not received parcel# RL881019409CN".

I can't wait no more with no informations of where is my package.

Please find a solution immediatly, I'll no wait no more.

i'm very sorry to say it to you, but theres no package for ''RL881019409CN''
find if u can get your money back, the seller didn't shipped anything :(
