Post Import Security Scan (Hangzhou)

I ordered some goods from Spain on 11th September and it arrived in China on 16th. However, my package is has been in Import Security Scan in Hangzhou since 26th September. It is now now 12th October. I checked the FAQ section on the China Post website to track it and it says it will be delivered once customs finishes with it. My question, do all package from overseas take this long in Import Security Scan? Or does this mean I will not get my package?

It has been Import Security Scan in Hangzhou for 17 days, thats almost 3 weeks. Is this normal?

i believe the parcel is in china post and has some delivery problem. you have to contact China Post (phone number 11185) and try to pickup the parcel asap.
