the parcel was returned by airline. you can not get the goods. open dispute to aliexpress asap.

i have opened dispute . the seller have said to me : my friend,no worry,it is processing in china customs.you will receive it very fast.can you cancel dispute?
Can i trust him ?

don't cancel dispute until you receiver your goods.

My tracking number is RO610153413CN, it is in transit from the end of January? it is stuck in customs ?

RO610153413CN should be lost or rejected in customs. you need open dispute asap.
