Hello,
I would like to know what is happening with my 2 parcels and when am I going to receive it, because it is more then 2 months now that I am waiting and the seller is not answering me..

Tracking numbers are:
RM732955961CN sent on 12. Nov 2016.
RM732965120CN sent on 13. Nov 2016.

Please help, thank you in advance and best regards.

1. Both parcels are On Route/In Transit to your country Bosnia and Herzegovina. May I suggest you read this for your country:

2. Now what needs to happen is JP BH Post scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

3. Just continue to track your parcel on the JP BH Post site for any new movement.
