I've ordered two packages, one on the 5th April (LO988457720CN) and the other April 7th (LO998036457CN). The last update I got from LO988457720CN was on the 22nd of April, 51 days ago, and the last update I got for LO998036457CN was on the 16th April, 57 days ago. This is a complete and utter joke. I don't even know if this package has left China or not and it is infuriating. I appreciate delivery times will be longer due to COVID-19 but over a month and a half with no update is unacceptable. I want to know where my package is now

Both parcels are still in China. They are still waiting flight space to Ireland.

our latest report shows shipping time to Ireland can take up to 110 days (average 55 days). You need some patient.
