Please help me. I ordered a phone from china 4 of marc. I got a tracking number, but it's shows the same status since 16 of marc...I ask the seller whats going on, and his answer was
"It must have been delayed due to the bad weather and the strict customs inspection and it's International Day for Protecting Consumers Rights.
We really hope you can wait with patience"

Please check me this tracking number. I don't know is it possible (because of the bad weather) or not!

you should open a dispute to paypal or aliexpress and claim refund. i believe the parcel might have some problem to pass security check(it might have some kind of battery inside).

Thanks so much, but have you seen something concrete things, or probably will arrive this week? (because the end of estimate delivery time is 7 of april)

the delivery is arranged by Royal Post, we can not predict the accurate time.

i know, sorry maybe you don't understand because of my english...I'd like to ask: Are you see something in the system? I mean, the customs stoped the delivery process, and the item will resend to the seller? Or maybe it will arrive sometime this week, or next week or after....
