My tracking number is: RL107775238CN

It says, that the destination country is Italy, but I ordered the package to Hungary and the seller also labeled it to my hungarian address. He sent me the receipt of the shipment, and it clearly states that he gave me the correct tracking number. I believe him, because he have already refunded me.

I called the hungarian post and they don't know anything about it. What can I do?

the parcel should be shipped to wrong country. open dispute and claim refund from seller asap.
