I order some goods from ebay on October 2016, but I still didn't received it. The goods was send by China Post - Expedited Int'l Shipping - RM722784539CN. Seller did't response for my e-mail. Are the goods and the money gone?
Is it possible to find the package?

May I suggest your read this:

What are the stand formats of China Post tracking number? How to distinguish them?

2. Now to your parcel, on the:
2016-10-25 14:55:31.0 郑州Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

The above mean coming back to China, I suspect the parcel did not make it from the Export Customs Check:

What is the status of “Export Customs Scan” ? How long it will take?

3. So the parcel went back to the seller and on the 08 Dec the parcel was mail again:
2016-12-08 16:52:35.0 arrive 南阳city 大宗center delivery office

4. Now the same thing is happening, parcel does not pass the Export Customs Check:
2016-12-15 14:58:19.0 郑州Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

And your parcel is returning back to the seller.

5. You should contact E Bay and tell then seller is not responding to you, and you have not receive your parcel. It does not pass the China Post Export Customs check. Please provide E Bay the tracking of your parcel to show them the parcel has never been out of China.
