I send a parcel to china from England...

The parcel tracking number is RU641970788GB, the parcel is showing as delivered but the person I was sending to is saying they have not received it... I think they may be lying to me so need to provide the proof of the address it was sent to so I can claim compensation..

Can you please tell me how I go about proving he HAS received it as I cant phone china to find out as it would cost too much :(

http://track-chinapost.com/ shows the parcel has been delivered. this is proof. you can get money from paypal/aliexpress.

I didn't pay by paypal, I bought from dhgate and returned the items to a seller, they are refusing to refund as they are saying it has not been delivered and are asking for proof of the address I sent to which I don't have, how can I get the proof of the address it was sent to from china post? thanks

you can NOT get the delivery address information, DHgate know this. I believe DHgate will accept your present tracking result as delivery proof.
