Hello, I ordered two packages with the following tracking numbers.

LZ136571395CN
LO981381902CN

Tracking shows they shipped out of China on June 2 and June 6. However, no further updates have been made.

Can you please tell me the location of these two parcels?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels are still in Guangzhou waiting for flight to Europe.

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows max waiting time to Denmark can take 2 months, please wait some more time.

Hello again,

I still have not recieved my parcels and delivery is well past the maximum estimate. Can you verify that the parcels are being shipped to me?

Both parcels are still waiting for flight to Denmark. They are on the way, please wait some more time.

China Post has some delay to North Europe caused by airline shortage . See following two items:
LX112495598CN which was shipped on April 17 and delivered in Sweden on July 29.
LZ022413159CN which was shipped on April 21 and delivered in Germany on Aug 18.

You will get them sooner or later.

Hello, last status in tracking was yesterday. It shows returned in Zhongshan for both parcels. Does that mean returned to shipper or returned to the airport waiting to shipped again? Thank you.

both parcels were returned to shipper on Sep 5. You will not get them in future. please open dispute for refund.
