I have no tracking information since 7 days, I don't know what to do !

my parcel tracking number is : EV924770250CN

1. Your just have to be patient and continue to track your parcel. Maybe somebody forgot to mention to you this:

format 3: the number starts with “E” and ends with “CN”, i.e. EE123456789CN, EA987654321CN
This is China Post Express Post Service(EMS). Normally it is much faster than airmail and might take one to four weeks to arrive. The price is also much higher than airmail.

2. To me your parcel is fine. Last tracking his this:
2016-12-06 00: 00: 00.0 23:59:51 China Post Express Logistics Co., Ltd. Beijing Mail Processing Center (Air departure processing center, sent to FRCDGH

FRCDGH = ROISSY CHRON LA POSTE, FR

3. It's the Holiday Season so mail is slow.
