Hello, the last record of my package is: Final delivery, 20023702. Can you tell me what's that mean? Because I am waiting for my package over 2 months. My tracking number is RB406303907CN.

RB406303907CN was "FINAL DELIVERED" to shipper. In other words, it was returned to seller. You need claim refund asap.
