My order says opening since September 13th and also Export Security Scan. It's in Urumqi too. I've already opened a claim on paypal to be careful but it is still no 40 days of shipment. It wasn't aliexpress, was for the page banggood. My number is RD281124255CN , what should i do? Is there any hope to receive my package? The package contans a pair of shoes. Thank you.

wait one more week, if still no updating status, then escalate the dispute.
