Hi,

Here is my tracking:

Latest Event -- 2016-10-13 18:45 广州市, 广州市邮政速递物流公司国际业务分公司已收件(揽投员姓名:谭云汉,联系电话:13600079579)
Destination Country - Tracking Consuming: 1336 ms
2016-10-13 00:00 Departure ROISSY MAIL INTERNATIONAL PEAK (93).
Origin Country - Tracking Consuming: 372 ms
2016-10-13 18:45 Guangzhou, Guangzhou postal EMS the company's international business branch has been received (the embrace cast member name: Tan Yunhan, Tel: 13600079579)
2016-10-13 08:37 Guangzhou, left Guangzhou to Cuddalore (France)

Is my epacket lost?

My parcel is also stuck since 13.10 at roissy mail peak (93) from china.
I think we have the exact same problem. Tracking ID: LM110008678CN
Cant explain this.

1. I would not be surprise that your parcel departed late from China because of the backlog created by the China National holiday from 1 - 8 Oct. Also it could be La Poste having to much parcel coming in from overseas.

2. If by any chances you don't see any update on the La Poste site on the 9 Nov, then open a dispute for a lost parcel.

3. According to the tracking your parcel is fine, you just need to wait for it and track it on the La Poste site.

2. I suspect your parcel is going to Germany first then after to France or I could be wrong but the parcel is transported by Germany (DPD epacket)

3. Your parcel will be deliver to your by Chronopost in France, maybe you could call them to find out about your parcel.
