Hi:

the message about the tracking number says :

2016-11-02 17:53:35.0 建国门post dept. received
2016-11-02 17:57:37.0 建国门post dept. customs scan
2016-11-02 18:38:10.0 leaving 建国门post dept. ，next station 京大平面
2016-11-03 01:06:15.0 Beijing Transit Station export security scan
2016-11-03 14:43:20.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

Why it was first at export security and then at import customs?
It should be going outside china, but I don't understand how it pass through "IMPORT"
If there is no more information, should it still be in china ?
The seller told me that it was an express courier, but reading about post method I read on the web that it is the slowest one

1. May I suggest you read this:

What does “Import Customs Scan” mean?

2. Also this:

China Post Forbidden Item List

3. Your parcel did not pass the China Post Export Customs scan so it will be return to the seller. May I suggest you contact seller as soon as possible to let him know about your parcel. Also provide him with your tracking so he knows what you are talking about.

4. Your parcel is China Post registered surface to air lift mail:
SAL: short for Surface Air Lifted. Ships, buses, and trains are used within the sending and receiving countries, but air transport is used between countries. Land and sea transport are used if there are no flights. Usually it takes 15 – 20 working days. The cost is lower than air mail.

many thanks for your help. I thought it was on the way and that perhaps "import in china" was a typing mistake, but that word was turning in my head. It is a dental scaler it shouldn't have a battery or things of that forbidden list, but perhaps it has a voltage transformer, the seller should know the reason of not passing the customs in china.

Hi I recently purchased two highlighters from China. It's been over two weeks of waiting since I ordered for the tracking to show. Today I woke up and it told me (Rejected) Zhengzhou rejected? But less than an hour later it says it will be going international. Well I'm international so does that mean it's still coming? I'll be so happy honestly I wanted to cry when I saw that it was refused. It's powder NOT liquid so it should have gotten through. Tons of people are ordering the same thing I am....and they receive it. Anyway tracking number is RM739939742CN. Please help me. And if anyone knows where the thread is for people that got rejected but still got there packages, please let me know. :(
