Hi
Can anybody help me/advice me?

I sent a package from China to Sweden. I got no messages to pick it up in Sweden, no phone calls or message that it arrived. Now my collegue in China says it has returned to China. I don't want them to have the hassle to pick it up or resent it. Can i do that myself?

The parcel will be returned to the returning address which you printed in the original parcel. If you are in Sweden, you have to ask someone in China to pickup the parcel in that returning address and ship it again. You can NOT do it by yourself in Sweden.

Do they have to bring some documentation or is it OK with tracking code and just pay and send again?

I do not quite understand your question. The parcel will be returned to the returning address(If you printed such address in the original parcel). You should contact the person who lives in the returning address to receive the parcel and reship the parcel to you.

She means does she have to bring legal documentation about herself to prove that the order belongs to her like an Identity or she should only provide China post with the tracking number to take back the returned parcel so she can resend it again.
