Post Departure export customs since over two weeks

Hello folks,

my parcel RJ471579915CN for Germany is stuck on "Departure export customs" in Hangzhou since April 24th. Even if I have a lot of time for dispute at the moment, I would really like to know what is with my item.

Hope anybody can help me!! 😀

anything of your parcel is in this china post forbidden item list?
