Hello!
I have a product purchased on 28 October.With tracking number RH010695917CN.According shipment tracking package took off on November 14, 2014.But in my country has not yet entered.Where to look for and how to figure out what's going on?What could have happened to him?

it should be on the way but delayed in some airport outside china.
