Post delivered or no?

hello, i sent this item RE363152408GR and the chinese track trace says Final Delivery, other track trace systems says delivered to Post. i want to know, where is my item? is in the local post office or its delivered to the recipient?? recipient says that he called local post and post dont have any item for him yet....

All international track and trace websites have the same result "final delivery". Besides, on china post website sometimes they don't update their system.
But to prove that you need to call your local post officr and ask them if the package was recieved im China by the recipient. They can know where the package is

Also, final delivery means that the item was sent to the recipient and he/she recieved it, so most likely he/she is lying to you.

i called my post office and they say to me that 99% its been recieved by the recipient. is there any phone number that i can call to chinapost and prove it?

you can call +86111185. but I believe you will get same result as http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php

I am pretty sure the parcel is an item you sent back to the seller and the seller seems like he/she doesn't want to refund you.

yes but this seller has sold too many items and has very high score in ebay, i dont think he has reason to do that. how sure you are that item its delivered? you made a phone call for me?? :-)

Even if it's a high selling store, the sellers will lie.
Of course I didn't make a phone call lol . man you will be lucky enough if you tried calling China post and found someone who speaks English.
But I did track your number on several tracking websites and all ended up with the same status "final delivery" which means item was delivered to the recipient not just the local Chinese post office. And your post office said it was received.
Just wait a few days, the seller hold the lie for long.

How big is the store? Is it the kind of stores that have <2000 positive feedback or <20000 positive feedback?
