Hello China Post,

My mother has sent a package from Nanjing to Netherlands on May 18th 2014.
The only info we now know is on May 20th 2014 it was in Shanghai, and currently it is still in transport.
Could you please check this package for me if everything is Ok. And when can we expect the package.
This time it takes much longer than before.

CP is a surface trasportation meaning that it's not shipped through airlines so that's why it's longer than airline shipping.

You can only track it to see where the package is. You can track it here: http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php

I tracked the number for you and it says that china post has not recieved a parcel by this number.
Ask your mom about it.

I already find the records, but the last record is Export customer scan in Shanghai, on 20th May.

So go back to the original question: how can I check where is the package now? Over 2 month, there is totally no info at all!

CP262685093CN is surface parcel which might be shipped by sea boat or truck. So you need some more patient.

Unfortunately you can't know where the package is as long as the parcel number is stuck on the system on th 8th of May.
You can contact the China post by calling the customer service but they won't help you. So I guess all you have to do is wait

Do you mean 8th of June, since the parcel was sent on 18th of May.
What is the last place you can see in the system?
