Hi this parcel was sent from Italy , why is the state Unsuccessful delivery ?

what is the problem?

unsuccessful delivery may be caused by following reason:
1. the English address can not be translated into chinese address properly and therefore can not be delivered.
2. the address has security system which does not allow postman to enter
3. the recipient refuse to accept the parcel.some people reject parcel in order to avoid refund or order payment.

You have to contact recipient and ask him to call china post 11185 and pickup the parcel. If he refuse to do so to avoid refund, you should contact ebay/paypal or aliexpress.
