Hi, I ordered a product in early december it arrived in the UK since the 29th December, it has disappeared. My tracking number is RM603999619CN, I need the seller to contact china post so they can contact royal and ask them to search for it. There seems to be some kind of language barrier in them understanding this, is there a way you can log the the request or explain to them what I mean?

RM603999619CN is in the hand of Royal Mail. You should contact them for parcel location and delivery detail.
