Please can you tell me what is wrong with my order RJ248546135CN.
On this page http://nolp.dhl.de/nextt-online-public/set_identcodes.do?lang=en&idc=RJ248546135CN&rfn=&extendedSearch=true and on this page http://www.deutschepost.de/sendung/simpleQueryResult.html status is ok and the date is November but on the china post page status is Export Customs Scan in december.

Hi my orders are stuck on either Export Security Scan or Export Customs Scan for 3 weeks now. The destination is Turkey and they are just cheap clothes. The tracking codes are below. What may be the problem?

my order has so long in the same status for more than a month and it was send for more than a month..is only a cheap pair of boots.. The parcel is to Mexico. And am very desperate and annoyed for this.. Please give me an answer asap! This is the tracking number RG096324399CN
.. What is the problem with it?

it should be rush season delay. If your buyer protection is expiring, please open dispute or ask seller extend the protection. Otherwise keep waiting.

My item is stuck in export security scan for more than 10 days and i really need it to arrive fast. I'm really worried. Is it posible that they haven't updated the information and it has already been send?

10 days is not long. status stuck within 3 to 4 weeks are quite common. you can not do anything but waiting at this moment.
