Hi, i purchace an item from e-bay on 23/04/2015 but i haven't received my item yet. Why? I contact with the seller and he said me that my order has been delivered since 24/04/2015.
Please tell me why.

shipping to greece might take up to 44 days, you need some patient. if your buyer protection is expiring, ask seller extend protection or claim refund.

Hey, what did you say? When i purchace the item my seller said me that my order will be delivered with your company and they told me also that the delivery will be delivered from April 25 untill May 20

If your seller promise you can get the goods by May 20, as per ebay/aliexpress regulation, he should refund you money if the parcel can not arrive in time. So you can open dispute and claim refund.
