hey there people
I am from turkey.
I am a bit confused. I would appreciate some help.
I bought 2 items from chinapost last month [15 dollars appr. each] 11th and 13rd of november and both sent with chinapost registered airmail.
here's the tracking numbers:
RF431097230CN
RF427052577CN
other 5 items I bought in the same times already came but these 2 they stuck on tracking. when I try to track it says The item was forwarded to the destination country on both tracking numbers
they look like items were forwarded to turkey in 17th and 25th of november
so Is there something wrong? what should I do? can you guys help me? thanks a lot from now.

2. Both parcels are On route/In Transit to your country Turkey. May I suggest your read this for your country:

3. Also you need to take into consideration that this time of season the Post Office are very busy all over the World, so mail is slow.

4. Now it up to Turkey Post to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it. Then send the parcels to Customs for clearance.

5. Just continue to track your parcel on the Turkey Post site for any new movement.

so last question, they are safe and not lost. sooner or later they will come, right?

1. To me the tracking is fine and I don't see any problems so far. Like I said earlier Turkey Post has to do their part/job now for your parcels.

2. Like you said sooner or later they will come, I would prefer for you sooner.
