Greetings,
I shipped a package from Germany on 26 Sept 2020, and the tracking status of the package shows "Being processed by Customs" on 5 Oct 2020. The package still has not arrived. Who do I need to contact?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CY534419890DE shows the parcel is still in Shanghai customs. You need ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185 and try to make customs clearance and pickup the parcel in person from China Post shanghai head office.
